Flashy Flash
Flashy Flash is an A-tier character in The Strongest Battlegrounds, based on the S-Class Rank 13 hero from One Punch Man. He is a former member of the lethal ninja village known as the “Village of Fear” and is considered one of the fastest sword-wielders in the One Punch Man universe. In TSB, Flashy Flash brings this blistering speed into combat — his attacks are extremely rapid and his mobility is among the highest in the game.
Unlike Speed-o-Sound Sonic who uses evasion as a survival tool, Flashy Flash’s speed is offensively oriented, enabling him to close distance instantly and unleash high-burst sword combos before opponents can react.

Notes
- Flashy Flash’s A-tier rating places him below the elite S-tier characters (Saitama, Garou) but well above the game’s lower tiers
- His offensive speed makes him one of the most satisfying characters to master — combos can be executed faster than most opponents can react
- Against Garou, Flashy Flash struggles due to Garou’s armor negating rapid-hit attacks
- In Awakening Mode, his speed increases further and his sword techniques gain additional range and AoE coverage
- Best used by players who prefer aggressive, fast-paced playstyles over methodical counter-based play
