True Aizen
The True Aizen is an S+ Tier Legendary Sword and the upgraded form of the Aizen Sword. It features extremely high damage combined with low cooldown times, making it easy to chain attacks repeatedly. The balance between damage and cooldown is considered best-in-class among all swords.
How to Obtain
True Aizen requires a multi-step progression chain starting from the base Aizen Sword:
- Obtain the Aizen Sword first from the Aizen Trainer NPC in Hueco Mundo

- Complete the Hogyoku Quest — collect six Hogyoku Fragments from different locations to unlock Soul Society
