Three Sword Style (3SS / Santoryu)
Three Sword Style — known in-game as Santoryu or 3SS — is the ultimate sword mastery progression in Grand Piece Online. Wielding three swords simultaneously, players gain access to devastating combo techniques that scale powerfully with the Sword Mastery stat. It is the highest expression of sword-based combat and is required for the most powerful sword-user builds in the game.
Note: The “True Triple Katana” mentioned in some guides refers to the weapon from Blox Fruits, not GPO. In Grand Piece Online, the equivalent pinnacle sword content is the 3 Sword Style (3SS) fighting style and its associated Santoryu techniques.

How to Obtain
- Fully unlock 1 Sword Style (1SS) — available from the beginning of the game.
- Unlock 2 Sword Style (2SS) — requires level and Sword Mastery progression.
- Reach Level 600+ in Grand Piece Online.
- Unlock 3SS from the sword trainer NPC with all three prerequisites met.
- Equip three swords from your inventory simultaneously.
Recommended Sword Loadout
Any combination of high-tier swords works. Popular choices include Katanas (base weapon), Epic/Legendary boss drops, and rare Mythical swords for maximum damage scaling.
Notes
- 3SS damage scales directly with the Sword Mastery stat — max it for best results.
- All three swords benefit from equipped stat boosts independently.
- 3SS is the backbone of “Santoryu” themed builds popular in the GPO community.
- Pair with Armament Haki for additional damage and penetration.
- Update 5 added the ability to hold 2 of each katana, and later updates added 3SS access.
